Conversations Matter

Talking about death doesn’t make it happen.

Talking about grief doesn’t make it worse.

Talking about serious illness doesn’t negate hope.

In fact, research and lived experience consistently show that brave conversations can reduce fear, strengthen relationships, improve decision-making, and help people feel more prepared for whatever lies ahead.

Community conversations give you permission to ask difficult questions, share personal experiences, and discover that many of the thoughts you quietly carry are more universal than you imagined.

I co-facilitate monthly Death Cafes at the Park Hill Library in Denver.
